A truly authentic experience with friendly staff, great dinner, and personal service. Hot spring mineral water in own hot tub was a treat. Gluten-free dinner for celiac disease was superb. Japanese style breakfast was delicious.
Nothing, all excellent.

Our mountain getaway was conveniently located close to a bus stop and nestled in the center of town. the room was well maintained, and the service was impressive. Breakfast was a delicious mix of traditional Japanese cuisine. Our private spa experience was fantastic, and we felt like we were on a retreat with peaceful surroundings and space to relax.
We were disappointed to miss out on the famous local barbecue experience and had to settle for vegetarian options for the meals.

I had a great stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. The staff was hospitable and spoke English fluently. The hotel's private hot baths were the best part of my experience and I could book them numerous times. The Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the location close to a bus stop made it easy to explore the area.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was really kind and accommodating during our stay. The food was really good, especially the traditional dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed the shiatsu massage offered for an extra charge. The location was good for exploring the city and nearby attractions.
Overpriced and basic. For the amount we paid, the room was not worth it.
